PRIMO [Primo Microphones Singapore (Pte.) Ltd.] the condenser microphones manufacturer and expert, has developed and realized the new miniature type of microphone along with benefits to improve the microphones performance substantially.

The rationale behind this new development overcomes limitations of the traditional conventional condenser microphones. Bearing in mind to reduce materials or the total number of components, inner structural design has been altered greatly. With the ability to withstand high heat, the unit could be sent into the soldering reflow machines like any other transducers, reducing manufacturing cost with not the least affecting its functionality or not the least compromising its quality.

Being well aware and recognizing the market demand for MEMS microphones and understand the shortcomings of its value. Unlike MEMS microphones, Electrets Condenser Microphone can cater according to market requirement not only for Omni-Directional applications, as well as for Uni-Directional and Bi-Directional applications.

With much effort, finally Primo is proud to present and launch our newly developed miniature Electrets Condenser Microphone, EM-8021 F. This new series conquers the conventional problem of sensitivity degradation under the circumstances of high temperature and solder reflow process.

Anticipating problems such as antenna, EMI and RF noise found in the new generation mobile phones, conscious study has been adopted to curb noise disturbance conditions caused by PCB circuit design, assembly location of components etc.

By transforming the inner structure of the conventional design, with the aid of our fine state of art advanced technology, conventional ECM sensitivity attenuation is effectively eliminated.
